Penn-Can is a 1/4 mile dirt track on Route 171 in Susquehanna, PA,
which is a little south of the Binghamton, NY area.Several of the drivers from 5 Mile Point also completed at Penn-Can.
It is still in operation, 45 years after I first heard about it!
